Find a Life Coach Who Gets It — Working With a Certified Master Life Coach

Finding the right life coach is not about finding someone with the most credentials or the longest website. It is about finding someone who has actually been where you are — and found a way through.

Most life coaches have studied human behavior, completed a certification program, and built a practice around helping others. That is valuable. But there is a different kind of coach — one who has lived the transformation they are guiding you through. One who has sat with the specific weight you are carrying and found a way to set it down without losing what made it meaningful.

That is the kind of coach I am. And that is the difference that changes everything about the quality of our work together.

If you are a veteran, a purpose-seeker, or someone ready for a natural approach to whole-life wellness — keep reading. This page is for you.

What a Life Coach Actually Does — And What Makes One Worth Hiring

A life coach is not a therapist. A life coach is not a consultant. A life coach is not a motivational speaker who pumps you up for 90 minutes and then disappears.

A genuine life coach is a thinking partner — someone who asks the questions you have been avoiding, holds you accountable to the answers you already know, and walks alongside you as you close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

Good life coaching produces specific, measurable changes in your life. Clarity about your direction. Progress toward your goals. A stronger relationship with your own decision-making. A life that feels increasingly aligned with your values, your strengths, and your purpose.

What makes a life coach worth hiring? Three things: relevant experience, genuine credentials, and a track record of results. I bring all three — nearly two decades of coaching credentials, personal experience with the exact challenges my clients face, and a transformation story that my own physician has validated with actual lab results.

I do not coach from a textbook. I coach from a life.

I do not coach from a textbook. I coach from a life. Nearly two decades of credentials, personal transformation, and medically validated results — that is what I bring to every coaching session.

What Makes My Coaching Different

I Have Been Where You Are I am a VA-rated disabled veteran who spent years managing PTSD, Degenerative Disk Disease, Raynaud's Phenomenon, Tinnitus, Sleep Apnea, and high blood pressure with a drawer full of prescription medications. I know what it feels like to manage your life rather than live it. And I know what it feels like to turn that around.

I Coach the Whole Person Most coaches focus on one dimension — career, relationships, mindset. I work at the intersection of purpose, natural wellness, and practical life direction. Because no single dimension of your life is actually separate from the others.

I Have Nearly Two Decades of Credentials Certified Master Life Coach. Certified Tai Chi Instructor. Accredited Alternative Healer and Soul Care Provider. Spiritual Coach. Currently completing Harvard Medical School Executive Education in digital health transformation. These are not decorations — they are tools I use every session.

I Give You Honest Assessments If after our free consultation I do not think I can genuinely serve you, I will tell you — and point you toward resources that can. Your best interest is the only agenda I have.

Who I Work With Best

My coaching is most effective with three groups of people:

Veterans Ready to Heal Beyond Their Conditions You have served. You have the VA rating, the medication list, and the daily management routine. You are not looking for someone to tell you your conditions are not real — they are, and I know it firsthand. You are looking for someone who has found a way to live fully alongside those conditions, and who can help you do the same.

Purpose-Driven People Finding Their Ikigai You know there is more. The gap between how you are spending your days and what you are actually here to do is real and growing. You want to find your Ikigai — the intersection of what you love, what you are good at, what the world needs, and what sustains you — and build a life around it.

Wellness Explorers Ready for Natural Alternatives You are curious about Tai Chi, holistic wellness, plant-based nutrition, or what a life and wellness coach with nearly two decades of credentials can offer that other approaches have not. You want to be treated as a whole person and guided by someone who has walked the path, not just studied it.

If any of these sound like you — the next step is simple and free.

The right life coach does not fix you — you are not broken. The right life coach walks alongside you as a guide who has navigated similar terrain and can help you find your footing.
